Ryan McGivern

Boxing Instructor / Personal Trainer

Ryan McGivern is a Registered Nurse with over 15yrs experience in caring for both chronic outpatient and acute emergency patients. After years of helping people fight disease states that usually stem from decades of unhealthy living choices, I decided to switch to health and wellness coaching in order to help people avoid these diseases all together, through health and wellness. Also attending and becoming a Certified personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, this has allowed me to really start investing my nursing base of knowledge and experience to exercise science and helping clients.

Mike Minor

Personal Trainer / Wellness Coach

Mike has been an athlete from quite a young age. His life has been centered around sports and physical fitness, to which he attributes getting through some of the most difficult times of his life.  "The reason I’ve chosen to take on this profession is because I truly want to help people. I really mean that in every aspect. I want to help people mentally and physically  - whether they just want to feel better about themselves or they have a goal or a deadline they want to meet. I want to help each person push their limits and start living out their true potential. I truly believe that each and every person has it in them - sometimes we just need a little push."

Deven Fisher Certified Fitness Trainer Professional Athlete 10+ years fitness coaching experience Specialist in Martial Arts. Kickboxing, Jiujitsu, Boxing, Wrestling and Judo. Strength/conditioning and self defense instructor. Deep passion for fitness, bettering myself ..and helping others around me do the same.

I’ve been a striking enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I have a back ground in Karate, Muay Thai, and boxing. Training combat sports has changed my life In many positive ways. You’d be hard pressed to find a coach more passionate then me

 

Aleaha Ghere
Staff Trainer / Group Exercise

Aleaha is a classically trained chef who went to culinary school in New York and Italy. She has learned, from the very first step, how to fuel the body correctly. Moving now into the fitness arena, this Jack of all Trades will take what she knows and help members to make goals and stick to them, providing knowledge of how to care for the body inside and out.
